Splish Splash...........

What a fun day .... Staci and her friend decided to take their kids...Max 3 1/2yrs old, Rachel 3yrs old and Josh who is 18mo.....on the Front Runner to Salt Lake Station, they then took trax to Gateway to play in the water...I met them there and took these pictures from my cell phone...once again not prepared with the camera, but they turned out ok...Gary met up with us after an hour of water fun and we went to the food court for lunch....and play on the kids rides of course, several quarters later and 3 tired kids Gary and I walked them to Trax..we rode with them to Salt Lake Station just as Front Runner pulled in...we said our goodbys...(Max was tooooo excited to ride the 'big train') and rode Trax back to Gateway...there we walked up the street and watched the people doing their sidewalk chalk pictures....wow! They are really good.....

Standing waiting patiently.....

On your mark, get set.......

GO!!!

The kids loved when the mist would come out....they would all run over to it and stand on it.....funny kids

Ummmmm...not sure what Max was trying to do here...LOL

Max and the shooting water....

These are action shots of Max and his little friend Rachel....they were having a blast!!!

Well...ya done good Mom's....it was a lot of work (Yes, we can just imagine) but fun for the kids and isn't that what being a mom is all about? Sacrifice, Sacrifice, Sacrifice....now go home, put your feet up, and drink a cold drink....ya right!!! Anyway... 3 tired kids, and 2 tired moms later....a successfully fun day was created just for Max, Rachel and Josh...lucky little people!!!

We did the exact same thing today! How funny! I am surprised we didn't run into you. We took the kids down to play in the water and have lunch. It's a small world!

Hey mom thanks for posting.

Leave it to you to take a quick trip to the water fountains and make it in to a spectacular moment and day...complete with inviting Gary along for lunch. That is the way it should be. You are a very wonderful mom and grandma and I am inspired by your enthusiasm.

It looks like they had a great time! What a nice grandma :) . The Gateway fountain is a fun stop. Eric always has fun telling the kids about how he worked on the electrical there and tell them how it all works.
